Prices
All prices given are per apartment per night for two people.
Included in the price is accommodation, bedding, water, gas, electricity, cleaning services after departure and other fees and taxes, except the local tax. The price of local tax is calculated based on the current valid local regulations at the time of the visit. The following charges will be calculated separately:
Per extra person + 18€ per night
Children from 5 to their 10th birthday: + 9€
Children under 5 stay with us for free
Pets are allowed, we ask that this be agreed with us in advance: + 20 € for the entire stay per pet.
For stays lasting under 3 nights we ask for a surcharge of 10,00 € a night.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival and departure is possible everyday. The apartment will be available from 3 p.m. and is to be left in good condition by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment
You can pay us in cash and with the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, EC-cards.
Cancellation terms and conditions under article 1382 C.C.:
Under the Italian consumer protection code there is no right to cancellation. We have however put in place the following cancellation rules according to article 1382 ZGB:
The reservation can be cancelled up to 90 days before arrival without any charges. Upon cancellation on the part of the guest in the time period between the 90 day limit and the arrival date itself the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Up to 28 days before the arrival date: 3 nights of the total agreed price
Cancellation less than 28 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total agreed price
If the guests do not turn up (no show) or if the guest(s) leave earlier than the reserved departure date than the full price for the entire reserved period will be charged.
Please inform us in good time if you will not be able to come on your holiday.
Travel cancelation insurance
We recommend that you take out the Roter Hahn Stornoschutz (cancellation protection) at the same as you make your booking. This means any cancellation fees are covered and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
